Charlotte Leona (Duck) Howard

Charlotte Leona Howard, age 77, of Altoona, died Saturday July 24th 2021 at UPMC Altoona.  She was born in New Hamilton August 24th 1943, a daughter of the late Charles and Helen (Buck) Duck.   Surviving area daughter, Vicki Hall: a son, Richard Howard; sisters:  Marlene Gibson and Vicki Kane; grandchildren:  Curtis,Friley, Christen Dionis and Bryson Eldridge; and great grandchildren:  Caleb, Conner, and Ella; with several close friends. Charlotte was preceded in death by a son, James Murtiff, a brother, Alexander Duck and sisters:  Viola Hill and Dottie Peters.  Charlotte was a homemaker who enjoyed playing bingo and listening to country music.  Celebration of life will be held Saturday August 14th 2021 at the Juniata Civic Center.
