Chester W. Mosey Jr., age 63, of Altoona, died Friday afternoon at his residence.  He was born in Altoona, a son of the late Chester W. and Margaret J. (Smith) Mosey Sr.  He married Katherine A, Nolan, who survives at home.  Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Jeanette M Nolan; a son, Joseph A. Mosey; two sisters:  Elizabeth Mosey and Jerri Moser; two brothers:  Harry and Paul Mosey; three grandchildren and a great granddaughter.  At the request of the deceased there will be no public or funeral service.
