Mrs. Cynthia Dawn Finnegan, 57, of Altoona, Pa died Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at UPMC – Altoona.

Mrs. Finnegan was born in Altoona, Pa on December 18,1962, daughter of the late Clyde and Caroline ( Dangel) Loomis.

She had worked as a Laborer at Henderson Printing Altoona, with 4 years of service.

Cynthia attended Altoona Area High School.

She is survived by her Fiance Jeffey A. Jones with whom she resided and 2 sons Scott (Nicole) Loomis, of Beaverton, OR; and Justin Loomis, of Huntingdon, Pa; and a brother Mark Loomis of Altoona.

There will be no visitation or service.
