Cynthia F. Oldham, age 62, of Altoona, died 09/27/2021 at her residence.  She was born in Altoona, a daughter of the late Anna E. Laird.  Surviving are her life partner, Richard Ulrich, her extended Ulrich family, good friends:  Barbie, Larry and Betsy.  Cindy was preceded in death by a sister, Judith Ann Oldham and a brother, S. Tom Oldham.  Cindy retired as a secretary from Southern Alleghenies.  A graveside service will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m. October 16th at Grandview Cemetery, Altoona.
