Dale Ryan Davis, age 44,of Altoona, died Saturday morning at his residence.  He was born in Altoona, a son of Conrad C. Davis and Sally A. (Dick) Davis.  Surviving are his parents; a sister, Tina Davis; brothers:  Robert and William Saltsman; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.  Dale was preceded in death by a sister, Audra Saltsman, brothers:  Jeffrey Saltsman Sr. and William Davis, and step brother, Raymond Gvoud.  Dale was a self employed carpenter who enjoyed hunting and fishing.  There will be no public viewing or funeral service.
