David W. Fagan, 69, of Altoona, passed away at Select Specialty Hospital in Johnstown on Monday, April 14, 2024. Born March 26, 1956, Altoona, son of Ruth (Parks) Fagan and the late George Fagan. Preceded in death by his brother, Robert Fagan. He is survived by his loving wife, Cathy J. (Keith) Fagan; son, Robert Fagan of Altoona; stepson, David Warren of Johnstown; stepdaughter, Jennifer Warren of Stevenson Ranch, Ca.; brothers, Raymond, Charles, Michael and Thomas; sisters, Susan Bergey and Marian Decker; and 5 grandchildren, Lucas Taylor, Alivia Fagan, Madilynn Fagan, Carson Fagan and Arya Warren. David honorably served his county in the United States Army. He retired from Smith Transport as a truck driver. At David’s request, there will not be any services.
