Earla M. Johnson, 82, Hastings, passed away on January 7, 2025, at Conemaugh Hospital. Born May 31, 1942, Altoona, daughter of the late Earl and Grace (Campbell) Robinson. Preceded in death by husband Alan Johnson; brother, William Robinson; and a sister, Phyllis McConnell. Survived by son, David (Angela) Johnson; grandchildren, Caitlyn (Kaw-liga) Weller, David (Kearstin) Johnson; step-grandchildren, Cody Sweeney, Kourtney Sweeney, Hayden Oswalt; great-grandchildren, Aria Weller, Evrett Weller, Adelyn Myers, Hunter Johnson, Bentley Boyce; and niece, Kathleen Himes, that was always like a sister. Earla was a graduate of Altoona Area High School, she loved animals, especially her son’s cat, Loki. She enjoyed scratch-off tickets, TV, and food. Most of all, she enjoyed seeing her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, get-togethers and BBQ’s. No matter how she was feeling or if she was sick, she always worried about everyone else. At the convenience of the family, a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
