Elmer L. Bradford Sr., age 83, of Tipton, died Monday morning August 16, 2021, at his residence.  He was born December 15, 1937 in Altoona, a son of the late Frederick and Cora (Gunsallus) Bradford.  He was married to Ruth Nancy Walters who died April 15, 2012.  Surviving are a son, Elmer L Bradford Jr. (Darlyne);  a granddaughter, Shawnta Pluebell (Adam); great grandchildren:  Patricia, Gracie, Dominic and Dakota.  Elmer had worked at Johnson’s Construction and as a mechanic.  He enjoyed boating and fishing.  At the request of the deceased there will be no public viewing or funeral service.
