Frank L. Port, age 76 of Altoona, died Sunday morning at the Altoona Center for Nursing Care.  He was born in Altoona, a son of Charles W. and Rosie M. (Hohn) Port.    Surviving are a sister, Pearl Port, brothers:  Ben, Dave and Richard Port, and a special caregiver niece, Autumn L. Teemple.  At the request of the deceased there will be no public viewing or funeral service.
