Miss Helen G. Aurandt, age 74, of 1020 Green Ave. Altoona, Pa, died at 4:45 AM, Friday, January 8, 2016 at Altoona Center for Nursing Care after an extended illness.

Miss Aurandt was born in Altoona, Pa on March 1, 1941, daughter of the late Roy Harvey and Vernadine (Stevens) Aurandt.

She retired in 1985 as a laborer at Skills, Inc. Altoona.

Helen trained at Johntown Rehabilitation Ceneter in Culinary Arts and was volunteer at the Green Ave. Tower.

She is survived by 5 sibling Kay Daugherty, Jamea Aurandt, Paul Aurandt, Ethel Aurandt, and Eugene Aurandt all of Altoona, Pa.

A Memorial Service will be held in the future.

There will be no public visitation.
