Howard L. Decker Sr., age 79 of Duncansville, formerly Martinsburg, died Tuesday morning at UPMC Altoona.  He was born in Bedford, a son of Walter and Alma (Ferguson) Decker.  He married Susie Marie Weyandt, who survives at home.  Also surviving are a sons:  Howard L. Decker Jr, and Scott A. Decker with whom his parents lived; a daughter, Theresa Griffith; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and five siblings.  Howard retired as a heavy equipment operator.  At the request of the deceased there will be no public viewing or funeral service.
