Janice B. Fowler

Janice B. Fowler,92, Homewood at Martinsburg, formerly of Bellwood, passed away Monday August 25, 2025. She was born on February 11, 1933, daughter of the late Robert and Norva (Confer) Weiser. Janice married Robert H. Fowler who preceded her in death. Surviving are her three children: Cathy L Hammer (James), Robert Fowler (Margaret), and James Fowler (Jane). Also surviving are her six grandchildren; Nicholas Hammer, Scott Hammer (Jaime), Andrea Fowler (Tyler Mentzer), Courtney Manfred (Michael), Derek Fowler (Diana), and Daren Fowler, two great grandchildren; Zella and Zachary Fowler. Janice was preceded in death by her brother Robert Weiser. Janice was a member of the Bavarian Aide Society, and she enjoyed Traveling and Dancing. All services will be privately held at the convenience of her family.
