Kathleen L. Bollinger, 63, Altoona, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at UPMC Altoona surrounded by her family. Born December 23, 1959, Altoona, daughter of the late Paul J. and Anna M. (Kneidinger) Mercer. Survived by her loving husband, Kenneth M. Bollinger; sons, Joshua K. Bollinger of Millersville, MD and Ryan P. Bollinger and wife, Hannah of Altoona; siblings, Cynthia A. Mercer, Richard P. Mercer, Michael J. Mercer and wife, Cindy, all of Altoona; and Joseph P. Mercer and wife, Kim of Duncansville; and numerous nieces and nephews. Kathleen worked as an LPN for Altoona and Mercy Hospitals. She was an avid reader. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family. At her request, there will be no viewing or services.
