Mrs. Kathy L. Spicer, 65, of Altoona, Pa, died at 9:53 PM, Saturday, August 14, 2021 at UPMC – Altoona, after an extended illness.

Mrs. Spicer was born in Altoona, Pa on May 16, 1956, daughter of the late Thomas G. and Dorothy (O’Shell) Nolan.

She was a homemaker.

Kathy attended Bellwood-Antis High School. She enjoyed camping, gardening, crafts and the outdoors.

She is survived by her Significant Other Roy Scott, of Altoona with whom she resided 2 children Dawn (Robert) Tolston, of Altoona, Pa and Shawn (Shiela) Spicer, of Tyrone, Pa. Kathy was preceded in death by 3 siblings.

There will be no services.

Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery Altoona, Pa.

Private family only visitation will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 5-7 PM at Jones Funeral Home.
