Leroy E. Carlheim, age 80 of Altoona, died Monday afternoon 08/15/2022 at UPMC Altoona.  He was born in Altoona, a son of the late Edward H. Carlheim and Edna J. (Benton) Pandora.  He married Patty J. Nale.  Surviving are his wife, a daughter, Diane R. Crile, a son, James A. Carlheim, a granddaughter, Audra Carlheim and a sister, Dorothy Carlheim.  Lee retired from Bon Secours Hospital as a lab courier.  He was a 1960 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School.  Lee was a Army  veteran serving during the Vietnam War.  He was a avid collector of Elvis and Ricky Nelson memorabilia.  At the request of the deceased there will be no public viewing or funeral service.  Internment in Blair Memorial Park.
