Michael J. Nisely, age 63, of Altoona, died Thursday morning, December 16, 2021, at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Altoona.  He was born in Brooklyn, New York on November 23, 1958, a son of the late Ronald H. and Regina P. (Morrissey) Nisely.  Surviving are sisters:  Regina P. Brantner and Georganna K. Robinson, and brothers:  Kevin C. Kennedy and William D. Kelly.  Michael was preceded in death by four siblings.  He was employed by Skills of Central Pennsylvania and enjoyed going to Crossroads.  A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
