Neil E. Parks, age 37, of Altoona, died Saturday afternoon at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh.  He was born a son of Clair L and VickiL. (Sager) Parks.  Surviving are daughters:  Mariko Kudo and Ayala Shakira Cabanlit Parks; a son, Katsuya Kudo; sisters:  Nicole Parks and Marjory Koch; two grandchildren:  DeShaun Maddox and Marcia Mackenzie; and a nephew, Tristan Condrack.  At the request of the deceased there will be no public viewing or funeral service.
