PaulC. Himes, age 82, died Monday morning at his residence.  He was born in Altoona, a son of Anthony and Dorothy (Briggs) Himes.  He was married to the late Bernadine Dubbs.  Surviving are a daughter Amy Weimer, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and several siblings.  Paul retired from PPG as a hot liner inspector who was a Army Veteran.
