Paul E. Rink, age 77, of Altoona, died Wednesday morning at Golden Living. Center, Altoona.  He was born in Altoona, a son of the late Paul G. and Anna Louise (Arnold) Runk.  Surviving are two daughters:  Michele A. Moore and Kristie A. Williams; two sons:  Robert P. (Jacqueline) and Todd M. (Laura) Runk; six grandchildren:  Nicholas, Damian, Julia, Alexander, Nathan and Victoria.  He was preceded in death by two brothers:  Gary G. and Robert A. Runk.  At the request of the deceased, there will be no public viewing or funeral service.
