Paul S. Sipes, 63, of Altoona, passed away at his home following a courageous battle against cancer. He was born on September 20, 1961, in Altoona, son of the late Jack E. and Gloria L. (Clifford) Sipes. Paul is survived by his siblings, Gloria Rinehart, Shirley Tussey, Carol Tipton, Barry, Dan, Tom, Ron Sipes, many nieces and nephews, and by his girlfriend, Donna Burkholder. He was preceded in death by siblings, Barbara Ickes, Judith Werner, and Jack E. Sipes Jr. Paul was a Washington Commanders and Philadelphia Phillies Fan. He enjoyed WWE wrestling, going to car shows, working on cars, hunting, and vegetable gardening. He was a lifetime member of the Bavarian Aid Society.
