Richard Eugene Patterson Jr., 55 of Altoona, died Monday morning at his residence.  He was born in Clearfield, a son of the late Richard E. and Robina Kay (Aughenbaugh) Patterson.  Surviving are his life companion, Michael Logan; sisters:  Denise Howell, Lea Patterson and Jay Smith; and a brother, Curt Patterson.  Memorial service to celebrate Richard’s life will be held Saturday, January 11. 2020, from 8:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. at the Escapade, 2523 Union Avenue, Altoona
