Mrs. Sandra M. Tolston, age 72, of Altoona, Pa, passed away at 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 8, 2020 at her residence after a brief illness.

Mrs. Tolston was born, daughter of the late John P. and Jeanette M. Carrig.

She retired as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Sandy was a graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School. She enjoyed animals.

She is survived by a son Robert C. (Dawn) and a sister Diane L. Seery both, of Altoona, Pa; 2 nieces Dr. Erin B. Seery and Husband John Dearing, of Charleston, SC; and Caitin G. (Zac) Tournay, of Pittsburgh, Pa and a nephew Kurt J. Seery, of NYC, NY. She is also survived by 2 great nephews, Owen Dearing and Austin Joseph Tournay. She was preceded in death by a bother John A. Carrig and her companion James J. Wyland Sr.

At Sandy’s request there will be no public visitation or services.
