Susan L. (Rossman) Hoover, 61, of Altoona, unexpectedly passed away Thursday, December 5, 2024 at home. She was born December 28, 1962, in Altoona, daughter of the late Willard E. and Ann T. (McConnell) Rossman. Surviving is her husband of 43 years, Scott; daughters, Heather and Courtney; and her grandchildren, whom she dearly loved. Also surviving are three siblings; and many nieces and nephews. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and served in the North Altoona Congregation. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
