Thomas E. Miller, age 64 of Altoona, died Tuesday evening 08/29/2023 at UPMC Altoona.  He was born 11/12/1958 in Altoona, a son of the late Eugene T. and Grace R. (Port) Miller.  Surviving are sisters:  Bobbi M. Dively, Elizabeth H. Blair and Margie Faust, brothers: Kenny and Bruce Miller, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  Tom mostly drove taxi around the Altoona area.  At the request of the deceased there will be no public viewing.  A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday 09/05/2023 at 4:30 p.m. at the Salvation Army Church, Altoona.
