Mr. Walter Lee "Butch" Martz, 50, 0f Altoona, Pa died Monday, August 6, 2018 at UPMC - Altoona after suffering an apparent heart attack.

Mr. Martz was born in Altoona, Pa on May 9, 1968, son of the Walter Lee and Linda A. (Weaver) Martz.

He was Laborer.

He had attended Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament Altoona, Pa. Walter was a graduate of Altoona Area High School. He enjoyed the Band "Kiss".

He is survived by a son Lukas Haigh, of Altoona, Pa; Mother Linda A. Martz, of Altoona, Pa; a bother Shawn J. Martz, of Elizabeth, Pa; a sister Wendy L. (Martz) Richards, of Altoona, Pa.

Friends will be received from 4:30 to 7:30 PM Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Jones Funeral Home where a Funeral Service Outside of Mass will be celebrated at 7:30 PM with Msgr Robert C. Mazur celebrating.
