William J. Shaal, 90, Altoona, passed away Friday, November 1, 2024, at Hilltop Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Altoona. Born August 24, 1934, Altoona, son of the late Roy and Pauline (Carles) Shaal. Survived by his wife, Donna (Burr) Shaal. All services will be privately held at the convenience of his family.
