William T. “Bill” Weyant, 73, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at UPMC Altoona hospital following an extended illness. He was born on November 11, 1952, in Hollidaysburg, son of the late Kenneth R. and Nancy A. (Thomas) Weyant. Surviving is his wife, Rebecca L. Weyant, 3 children: Lisa M. Weyant, William T. Weyant Jr. and Heather J. Ansman; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and his sister Jenny C. Wray. Bill was preceded in death by his five brothers, Herbert, Phillip, John, Denny, and George. Bill worked and retired from Norfolk Southern as a machinist and did carpentry work. He especially enjoyed gardening. Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 from 10a.m. until the Noon funeral service at the funeral home. Pastor Elizabeth Hess, officiant.
